The Fairfax Boulevard Partnership has four committees: Streetscape, Marketing, Master Plan and Business Development. If you are interested in serving please see the committee descriptions below. You can contact the Chairman at info@fairfaxboulevard.com for additional information.

Business Development - The Business Development Committee’s goal is to establish and maintain business recruitment and provide retention programs. The committee will also provide incentives and assistance to foster business development.

Marketing - The Marketing Committee’s goal is to promote Fairfax Boulevard as the area’s premier business destination.

Master Plan - The Master Plan Committee in conjunction with the City of Fairfax Mayor, Council, Planning Commission, staff, and Economic Development Authority will develop an illustrative master plan for the future of the Fairfax Boulevard Corridor. The Plan will include specific recommendations for amending the City’s development regulations, guidelines for new architecture, and create an overall view of the Fairfax Boulevard Corridor as a premier business destination in the region.

Streetscape - The Streetscape Committee will supplement the City of Fairfax’s maintenance and cleaning service area, coordinate and supplement landscaping programs and generate graphic package with improved street signage. Currently, the committee is working to redesign and build the non-profit signage with the City of Fairfax. Please click on the links below to see the existing sign and the proposed sign.
